Role: Human Resource Assistant
The X3 Sports Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.

  • 100% Completion of Orientation (X3 Day) for All New Hires Within 60 Days of Start Date
  • 100% administrative onboarding and offboarding
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
  • May assist with payroll functions, including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
  • Assists HR Manager as needed as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.
  • Conducts new hire orientation, coordinated X3 Day for new hires and club managers, orders business cards, provided uniform shirts for staff.
  • Assists with planning and executing special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
  • Oversees Front desk assistant and front desk new hire staff training
  • Assist with creating and coordinating new hire's training schedule with CSO.
  • Recruit & pre-screen new hires candidates for positions such as (club staff and trainers) will assist the Human Resources Manager in the recruiting process for Club Support Level staff
  • Manage and support Human Resource performance and development systems such as LRVT, Trainual Setup, Listen360, Perkville, RingCentral, Ninety, and Virtual Keypad.
  • Manages onboarding checklist.
  • Works closely with Club managers for recruiting purposes (developing well-structured SOP, followed by all)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or 1 years of relatable experience.
Job Expectations:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information systems (HRIS), and similar computer applications
